Kaitlin Baxter, associate attorney, is excited to be growing her practice at the firm. In her first years with David, Kamp & Frank, Kaitlin has focused her practice on landlord-tenant law, appearing in courts on behalf of clients all over the Peninsula, as well as on a wide range of other litigation matters, including personal injury, contract, real estate, fair housing, and other disputes. Kaitlin enjoys helping her clients solve problems and achieve results. Kaitlin is admitted to all Virginia state courts, and is a member of the Virginia State Bar and the Newport News Bar Association.
Kaitlin grew up in Idaho before moving to Salt Lake City, where she graduated from the University of Utah with Honors. After a few years working in Salt Lake, Kaitlin made the move to Virginia to attend William & Mary Law School, where she also graduated with Honors. While at William & Mary, Kaitlin was awarded a Marshall-Wythe merit scholarship, a CALI Award for Constitutional Law, and a Gambrell Professionalism Award. Kaitlin was also selected as a Fellow in the Law School’s Legal Practice Program for two years, and served as an Articles Editor on the William & Mary Law Review.
